IndiaI have type 4 high porosity natural hair and this product really increased the overall health of my hair shaft and scalp. I used it as a pre-poo on the days I shampooed. I massaged my scalp with the tonic for 5 minutes and spritzed it all over the hair strands and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then I shampooed it out. I truly saw a difference in thicker hair after 2 weeks!
